The Lactation Resource Center provides comprehensive care and support for breastfeeding families before the birth of the baby and during the hospital stay. After the mother and baby go home, the support continues through follow-up phone calls and outpatient return visits. A complimentary lactation return visit is a service offered to all mothers who give birth at Sinai. The staff of the Center are certified lactation consultants and experienced perinatal nurses.
